Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and never test on animals. While many of our products are already vegan, we are committed to becoming 100% vegan certified by the Vegan Society by the end of 2023.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order History' section of your account.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I join the Love Your Body™ Club?
You can join our loyalty program for free online or in-store. Members earn points on every purchase, receive a birthday gift, and get exclusive access to member-only events.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
We are dedicated to sustainability. Most of our plastic bottles are made from 100% recycled plastic, and we encourage customers to use our in-store 'Return, Recycle, Repeat' stations for hard-to-recycle empties.
